As your progress through the steps, please reach out to our service desk with any questions. Once Merchant Onboarding is complete, please share a recording of the authorization process with our service desk to unlock the sandbox environment.
Milestones & Timeline
Week 1-4: Merchant Onboarding
If you have OAuth support already built into your product, this step can be completed in 1-2 weeks. If you do not have OAuth support, this step can take up to 4 weeks.
- Setup OAuth
- Build the location functionality with authentication supported by the OAuth integration.
- Sandbox will be provided after a screen recording of authorization is shared
Week 5-6: Location Management
- Build support for pausing and resuming stores.
Week 7-8: Menu Ingestion
- Build the translation layer for Stream menus to your menus.
Week 9-10: Order Management
- Build the translation layer for Stream orders to your orders.
Week 11-12: Certification
- Review and complete all items in the certification spreadsheet provided during technical kickoff
- Perform end-to-end testing using the example POS system in the sandbox environment
- After completion of all checklist items, create a service desk ticket to initiate the final certification review
- Work with the Stream team to address any feedback and obtain certification approval
